Today marks our 1 year anniversary completing this beautiful 11 home development. As the General Contractor, Premier Engineering Contractor and Equity Partner we were able to provide a reliable and premium service. Despite getting hit with two atmospheric river events, and experiencing one of the worst winters in Santa Cruz County, EECAR was able to complete this project in record timing. Some massive hurdles that were overcome are listed below:

• Installing thousands of LF of conduit for new electrical systems. Our Job site was 100% electric with no gas services.

• Procuring PG&E Transformers during a nationwide shortage.

• Installing a new fire suppression system with 12 service all from 100% USA manufactured parts and hardware.

• Preserving a riparian protected creek and sleeveing a culvert with 150 LF of fusion pipe.

• Civil engineering modifications for non conforming sewer designs.

• Design building a PV solar system for every home.

• Installing a storm drain ADS Chamber system 16’ below FG.

• Winterizing our job site with 400 CY of imported type II AB to save our season and work through a tough winter.
